Who needs to attend?

Anyone signing a document that requires notarization must appear before the notary. Which buyers, sellers, donors or recipients need to attend depends on the paperwork. Call first if a party is out of state or plans to sign separately. Wait to sign until the requirements are confirmed.

Fees, timing and service limits

Taxes, state fees, service charges and processing time depend on the transaction. Call (225) 341-3828 with the title state, sale or donation details, and any lien information for the applicable requirements and a quote. We do not issue driver’s licenses or clear OMV flags.
